ArtWalk Condos is a new mixed-use condominium development by SmartCentres in Vaughan. This pre-construction project sits at 101 Edgeley Blvd near Highway 7 and Jane Street in SmartVMC’s master-planned community.This four-building development will rise up to 38-storeys totalling 624 residential units, 590 m2 of retail, and an underground parking garage.

The six-storey building will hold 6,350 square feet of retail space located in the podium and will sit adjacent to a soon-to-be-constructed nine-acre park.
The last and shortest development will be a 4-storey jewel box building with no defined purpose as of yet; Its main use, for now, is to serve as a pedestrian-friendly gateway to help integrate the buildings into the streetscape. It will also sit in a central courtyard that is aimed to increase connectivity and improve the future public realm.
Amenities here will feature modern and mixed-uses designed to increase connectivity and a sense of community. Residents and locals can enjoy a drive-in movie theatre, food trucks and publicly displayed art – from which the project got its name. This central Privately-Owned Publicly accessible Space will remain pedestrian-friendly while creating connections with existing and future public realm improvements.
A full roster of residential amenities includes multiple lushly landscaped terraces with gardens boasting outdoor dining space with barbecues, intimate lounge seating with fire pits, indoor/outdoor children's play area and a community cafe. Residents can also take advantage of an expansive, double-height 2,500 square foot co-working centre facing the courtyard.
The developers have also proposed a one-level underground parking garage which will contain 220 parking spaces for residents and visitors. The garage will also hold a generous total of 383 bicycle spots for all occupants to utilize.

ArtWalk Condos is located in the SmartVMC, is a progressive development for the city of Vaughan.
